Yorkie Need Rehoming ASAP

I have a 21 week old Yorkie that needs rehoming asap. My landlord is selling our home and where I am moving they don't allow pets at all. I have made sure he is current on his shots and he has all his paper work, health certificate and all. He is a friendly pup and gets along with children very well as I have 3 and youngest being one. He is crate trained and is doing very well. He can hold it for about 6 hours at this point. He is loving and likes to run around and play a lot. He does not need a leash when he is being walked as he listens to us and the kids and sticks with us like glue. I hate to see him go after all I have invested in him but unforeseen circumstances has come along. Please only serious inquiries.
