This job is NOT for everyone. This job is requires multi disciplinary thinking as you will be managing walk-ins, tours, bookings, rentals, virtual, and onsite operations, marketing, and service! This includes accounting, budgeting, social media and ad management, sales, and support. You will be working directly with the founder of dots, a seasoned extroverted international entrepreneur. You will be learning a lot, and you are expected to note things down the first time to create a process manual of your routines and responsibilities which will be a crucial part of scaling dots. You need to be highly organized because we move fast and we are a highly productive organization. Your goal is to have your space responsibilities occupy 50% of your time, and the rest of your time shall be focused on organizing community and industry events for members and the los angeles business community, including live and virtual events, podcasts, and workshops. Main Responsibilities: Operations: Work with EVS to ensure space is clean and functional, track orders, work with our accounting team to provide monthly financial reporting. Work with our membership software for scheduling, invoicing and accounts receivable. Marketing: Manage the social media and business listing accounts and other marketing related campaigns. Communicate weekly and monthly newsletters bringing insight and news to our communities. Organize events like happy hour, workshops, speakers, trainings, team building, setup networking introductions, between members and and anyone who visits the space if possible, promote our members on social and other forms of communication. ,Service: Work with our various sales, support, and operation softwares to manage our members' lifecycles. Experience Required : Office Management, sales, support, design software, intuitive understanding of IT, Web, and Apps, social media. Must be vaccinated. Remote Work not possible.
