Needed ASTHMA/COPD ENHALER or nebulizer vials

I'm in great need of asthma and COPD DISCS AND A Albuterol also the ENHALER with steroids. ENHALER or the vials used for nebulizers. I'm waiting for doctors appointment because it's taking months for the MAP HEALTH INSURANCE APPOINTMENTS. Please can someone help I can't hardly go outside because I can't breath properly. I know people with regular health insurance get these things as samples or free my map insurance doesn't give me that option I've tried several times with several company's that were advertising giving away of free ENHALER with prescriptions.
