Landscape & Property Maintenance Technician Needed

Well established commercial development company looking for one individual to perform landscape and property maintenance for a group of properties in San Luis Obispo County. Basic requirements for this position include, but are not limited to the following: • Prefer 3-5 years practical landscape maintenance experience and plant knowledge • Must have current drivers license and clean DMV record • Skills to drive a company vehicle, at times with a trailer • Must be able to communicate in English • Work 40 hours per week • Common knowledge of landscape tools and basic property maintenance skills ie. Painting, light fixture replacement and other handyman jobs • Equipment maintenance knowledge • Compliance with all company policies, procedures and safety requirements We offer a benefits package after a probationary period.
