Well established commercial development company looking for one individual to join a small construction team and work on existing and new properties in San Luis Obispo County. Basic requirements for this position include, but are not limited to the following: • Prefer 2 years construction experience • Must have current drivers license and clean DMV record • Must be able to communicate in English • Work 40 hours per week • Compliance with all company policies, procedures and safety requirements We offer a benefits package after a probationary period.
