The Homeless Animal Rescue Team is seeking a motivated individual as a Feline Shelter Cleaner who is available to work morning cleaning shifts. This will be part-time, Wednesday thru Sunday 8-11am. You would work as part of the HART clean team to keep our cat rooms fresh, sanitary, and orderly to help keep our kitties healthy and happy! A cleaning shift would begin at 8am and takes around 3 hours to complete. We are looking for someone available Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The starting salary is $13.00/hr. Your job will include: »Scooping & cleaning litter boxes »Sweeping »Mopping »Wiping counters & shelves »Cleaning cat trees & bedding »Cleaning bathrooms »Laundry »Windows »Wiping base boards & windowsills »Sanitizing & deep cleaning cat rooms Should be able to lift 40lbs HART is a free-roaming and cage-free shelter, therefore our cleaners must work in close proximity to cats and kittens. Our furry friends are very curious and enjoy interacting with our cleaners. You must be comfortable around cats and not allergic for your own health and safety to be considered for this position.
