We are seeking energetic, positive-minded folks for our flower crew. This is a part to full-time, seasonal position that does not require experience--just a good attitude and the willingness to hustle! Qualifications: Positive attitude and work ethic required Good communication skills required Stamina to work several hours at a fast pace Ability to lift 40 pounds from the ground Responsibilities: Participate in the harvest of 300 to 500 bunches of organic dried flowers weekly Assist in hanging bunches to dry, wrapping, and packing for markets Assist in maintaining a positive work environment for the entire crew Compensation: This is a paid, hourly position.
