Lost Wallet Still Missing

I lost my wallet last Wednesday (I think that was about the 4th or so). It has three credit cards (Citbank/Costco, Chase Visa, and a Discover Card with a picture of a Golden Retriever on it. My name is John C... There's also a service dog ID in it (Ranger, my Golden Retriever) and my health insurance card (United Health Care) I don't care if there's any cash in there anymore and whoever found it can keep the cash, I just want my wallet.
