Session vocalist for Power Pop/Hard Rock

Putting together a 12-song power pop/hard rock LP here in the Seattle area (eventually at Studio Litho) and am in need of a session vocalist to help demo out the songs for pre-production and also potentially sing on the final cuts. Male or female, but looking for someone with a high range and high energy style. My budget can fit with just about any rates. Also might be looking to put together an actual band and would be willing to trek down to Portland on my days off to rehearse if there was a group of people interested in playing this kind of ruckus.
