Property management company looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician DUTIES: -General working knowledge of the following: -Basic plumbing -Electrical -Carpentry -General unit turnover -Drywall patching -Appliance operations -Door/window repair -Flooring installation -Identify leaks/moisture intrusion -Painting -Cover driving area of San Diego MUST HAVES: -Valid CA Driver’s License -Reliable transportation (preferably a truck) -Some weekend availability -Spanish speaking preferred -3 years of experience JOB DETAILS: -Rate : $23 p/h -Typical work week from 8 am - 4: 30 pm -This is a long term position -Mileage expenses -Overtime available References & background checks will be required
