We are hiring Dog Lovers to support a dog convention Event at the San Diego Convention Center. DATES: Saturday and Sunday, August 14 and 15 (client prefers that all staff work both days) TIMES: 8:00am-5p (30) pm (All team members will have a 30-minute unpaid meal break during your shift) PAY: $21/Hr, W2 position (paid on Friday, August 20th with Direct Deposit) We will be filling a variety of roles, including: Exhibit Check In Greeter Coat Check Box Office (cashless) Line Monitor for Interactive Zones/Demo Ring Ticket Scanners Retail/Merchandising (cashless) – Set up, stocking and sales of merch at the merch store. While staff may express interest in a preferred role, ALL team members must be flexible to work in any area, as there are likely to be changes in real time onsite to best accommodate the guests based on flow of traffic. UNIFORM: Khaki pants, plain white shirt, comfortable closed toed shoes or sneakers. Client will provide an AKC branded t-shirt to wear during the event. All team members will be standing on their feet for the majority of your shift. ***NOTE – Please do not sign up for this job if you are allergic to dogs or afraid of dogs.
