General Construction, Full Time Position PLEASE READ ENTIRE ADD. We are looking for a General Construction Worker MUST have experience and must be self motivated and independent worker. Job description is property maintenance for HOA communities and some individual property's in San Diego County. Responsible for handling the daily work of the maintenance along with performing installations and repairs of; rebuilding decks, drywall, painting, carpentry, stucco and masonry. Drywall skills a plus! You will be working side buy side with a crew or individually. You will be responsible for keeping track of your daily time and scopes of jobs worked. Customer satisfaction is always priority one. You will need to turn in daily updates on all jobs. This is a full time position. This is a non smoking and drug free environment. Qualifications: -Have a Minimum of two years in construction. - -Have strong knowledge of: -Drywall -Stucco -Painting -Patching -Minor concrete work - Carpentry Job Requirements Are!! - Construction Experience a Must. - Reliable Transportation - Have tools - Pass background check - Presentable - Be able to lift 50 lbs + - Be on feet all day - Must be able to text and email and fill out paperwork daily on time.
