Position Summary: Looking for full-time employees who want to work 40 plus hours per week on a landscape construction crew. Must have 1 + years’ experience.

Requirements:
Available to work Monday-Saturday.
Must have valid driver’s license, clean driving record and able to drive a company vehicle if required.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. frequently.
Full range of motion (bend, squat, stoop, kneel, etc.).
Carry out horticultural and safety practices consistent with company policies.
Full knowledge of garden equipment: mowers, blowers, weed-eaters, edger, hedge trimmers, planting, irrigation, etc. Must be able to conform with all directives, policies, procedures and guidelines.
Perform daily crew and vehicle inspections.
Complete daily field sheets correctly and efficiently.
English and Spanish speaking preferred.
Compensation:
Based on experience, production and skills set.
