EXPERIENCED Car Detailer needed

We are a local used car dealer searching for someone that is an experienced detailer that can come in and run our detail department like they own it. We dont micro manage. As long as the job is getting done people leave you to your work. We have about 20 cars a week that need to go through and be put on the lot. We offer good pay (based on experience), awesome people to work with, full benefits available after 90 days including: Health, life, disability, accident, dental insurance, 6 paid holidays a year, vacation after 1 year, monday - friday work week, paycheck every friday and again...an great company and people to work for and with. Our expectation of you? Be motivated, willing to do what needs to be done, have the ability to manage, monitor a helper and keep him busy, put out a product you would be proud of, ok with dealing with demanding people at time (salespeople--thats more of a joke--lol) and most of all be someone of good moral ground.
