Ward North American is one of the largest moving companies in the U.S. Our branch in Round Rock is hiring for a Warehouse Project Manager. $18.00 - $25.00 an hour- Depending on Experience Job Summary: The Warehouse Project Manager will coordinate the activities and operations of the warehouse. Must be able to pass a drug screen and a background check. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance. Paid Vacation, Sick, and Holidays Duties/Responsibilities: · Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database. · Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished products. · Implements daily production and shipping plan, arranging for excess stock to be stored in warehouse. · Manages daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments. · Confirms availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items. · Identifies and reports slow-moving product and with approval, arranges for the removal of the product. · Directs forklift drivers to store goods in identified areas. · Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of finished product as needed. · Operates forklift truck as needed. · Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports. · Performs other related duties as directed. Required Skills/Abilities: MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS FORK LIFT EXPERIENCE Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures Good Analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory Education and Experience: Forklift Certification and Training Experience with operating a wide variety of forklift models At least 2 years of work experience in a warehouse team lead/ manager position Physical Requirements: Must be able to work in hot/ cold environment Must be able to stand on feet for 8 hours Must be able to work Saturday occasionally TO APPLY: Select link below, fill out application and attach resume
