We are seeking experienced plumbers to work on our apartments! Job Duties: • Cut, assemble and install pipes and tubes • Install and maintain water supply systems • Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks) • Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc. • Repair or replace existing piping • Locate and repair slab leaks • Perform other tasks as assigned Requirements • Must have a VALID DRIVER LICENSE and a car to use for work • Must be willing to move between buildings as requested • Proven experience as a plumber • Understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings • Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.) *Valid license/certification is a plus!!
