Packing Associate 1st and 2nd shift available 3-12 schedules $15.00 - $17.00 hr. Summary: • The Packing Associate is responsible for packaging supplements in a highly repetitive environment that require attention to detail and understanding of overall process while complying with all cGMP requirements. Duties and Responsibilities: • Assemble and disassemble packaging machinery • Cleans and prepares packaging line for production • Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that packing specifications are met • Periodically performs in-process checks as required • Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records to include batch record input and reconciliation • Performs packaging duties using packaging equipment or manually • Ability to adhere to schedule deadlines, coordinate line needs with packaging schedule • Maintains a clean, sanitary, safe, productive work area. • Performs other similar duties and responsibilities as requested. • Fosters open communications and a good attitude toward work and fellow employees. • Maintains regular and consistent attendance. • Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP’s, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect safety, quality, or personnel safety • Performs other related duties as assigned by management
