Experienced Residential and Commercial Maintenance Technician Full-time Experienced Maintenance Technician for Residential Property. • Resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner • Pick up supplies, parts and equipment or call manufacturers for delivery as needed • Complete work orders daily in a timely and professional manner • Pick up trash if seen on grounds • Respond to requests and provide exceptional customer service to our tenants • Travel between West Los Angeles Properties • Must have reliable transportation and pass a background check • Must have your own tools and be self-motivated and able to work independently Troubleshooting and making routine repairs in the following areas: • Painting • Light Fixtures • Doors • Electrical – A MUST • Plumbing – A MUST • Minor Carpentry • Other building maintenance items as needed Experience and Compensation Minimum 5 years of experience in a previous similar position.
