Description
Day Porter will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Light housekeeping: Vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of shared spaces, such as elevators, stairwells, and main lobbies (no entrance into tenant areas).
Servicing restrooms: Multiple times per day. Minor cleaning and restocking of supplies, trash removal.
Cleaning exterior of property: Sweeping entrances, emptying exterior trash receptacles, picking up debris, cleaning entrance doors, etc.
Assisting onsite engineering with minor issues, such as light bulb replacements.
Reporting of issues, such as lights out, broken hardware and items that need additional service.
8 hours per day, Monday through Friday. 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Must be able to communicate well in English and have basic writing skills. Experience preferred, but we do offer training.
