Artist Needs Help With Business Taxes

To A Kind Volunteer, This is my request for help. I am an artist and businesswoman that does not know how to do a business tax Form 100 for the California Franchise Tax Board and the IRS taxes (both need to be completed) because I am behind on doing them. I did not know that I needed to do my taxes because I lost money (no profits). I found out otherwise when the California Franchise Tax Board shut down my business for not paying my taxes. That was frightening! I learned from them that no matter if you have any profits or not you still owe $800 per year for a corporation that is operating in California. I cannot afford a tax accountant and I am very afraid that if I do the taxes by myself that I am going to mess-up because I do not know what I am doing with filing taxes. I have all of the numbers in order (profits, expenses, losses, charitable donations). Would a kind volunteer please help me? I would be so very, very grateful if someone would help me. I am a disabled woman with a disabled son. I try really, really hard to work on my business every day to pay the bills. Right now I am so overwhelmed by this tax filing demand.
