hey! the relays in my 2012 fiat BCM that control the headlights have gone bad (common issue this make/model). I have replacement relays already. just need someone good at soldering to open the BCM and replace the relays. Should take less than an hour to get the BCM out from under the steering wheel and replace the relays. Willing to pay $150
