Let’s cut straight to the point - Lomeli’s Landscape is located in Roseville, California and that’s where 99% of the work will be taking place, so I would not recommend living outside of Roseville. Starting out, this will be part-time with full-time potential in the future. Compensation would not be hourly, but you would be paid a fixed amount per appointment which will average out to $20-$30 per hour. You can expect to make a maximum of $200 on a busy day. Let’s talk about the specific job requirements: 1. GREAT COMMUNICATION -Above all else, you MUST be a great communicator. We don’t expect you to be perfect, but we always expect direct and immediate communication with the customers and other team members. Reliable - We expect you to meet the customer’s needs in a timely and eager manner. You will need to be detailed and organized. 2. Honest - When someone lies to make themselves look better or avoid getting in trouble...that is much worse than whatever mistake you may have made. We have ZERO tolerance for dishonesty and believe in growing from our honest failures (We all make mistakes). 3. Coachable - When someone claims to know everything, we know they’re full of crap. If you are not 100% sure how to do a task the way we want it done, just ask. We want you to bring your skills to the table, but you also must be willing to adapt to doing things the way we see best fit. 4. Basic Landscape Construction Knowledge - Although this is not required, it will make things a lot easier if you already have a base knowledge in landscape construction. 5. Basic Property Sketch Skills - One of the most important aspects of this job is sketching a layout of the property with clear and detailed measurements. You do not need to be a designer or a professional sketch artist, you just need to have the patience to neatly sketch a measure out the property on graph paper. This would be a perfect job for someone who enjoys being out in the field and interacting with prospects. Since we pay per appointment, you’ll have the benefit of working on your own schedule with a lot of flexibility. Although this job is fun and flexible, you must also be good at following processes and instructions.
