Violence/crime is a pandemic! C'mon Joe! I think we need "Safe Passports" issued only to non violent non-criminal people. Just like "chipping your dog", you could get a tracker-chip in a safe-passport "chip" vaccine that government could monitor to prove you're safe. Why anyone would want to reject the chip vaccine would be crazy as it affords you the luxury to do all the things Joe will soon prevent. Just like vaccine cards, the CDC would issue them to those without the violence plague gene or who can prove they're non violent and who haven't committed a crime in 6 months and/or have been chipped. Booster vaccines would be genetically modified with permanent Quaaludes to prevent violence. The CDC model for non-violent ideal behavior will be old Cheech and Chong movies. All the rest of the people without a safe passport or chipped or who refuse to be non violent and non-criminal to get one, would have to stay home. Joe could encourage all business's to hire only safe passport people with chips in them and allow them to reject those without a genuine safe passport. No eating out or going to movies without a safe passport. Can't get on a plane without it--would eliminate all those violent people fighting on planes eh? It would be applied to all races, just like the CV passport, so no one could call it discrimination. Just like the CV passport, politicians and Hollywood celebrities would say, "It encourages people to be safe and get their safe passport. The chip is safe! Millions have been chipped and they suffer no ill effects that we'll tell you yet! " You have an alternative to the safe passport. If you don't have one, you can go out in mask-version handcuffs or leg-restraints till you get one. Prove you're safe! That's what liberty is all about.
