Falsely accused.....

They charged me with a felony... I talked to the D A's office and they said the grand theft is for 2 back packs i found on the street.. I picked them up to keep them safe so no one would steel them....I was gonna take them to the police station but some guy walked up to me and said he was hungry so i walked him to the grocery store to buy him some food and then i was gonna walk back to the police station and give them the back packs...I did not look inside them and there was no one around when i took them, i just knew they belonged to the skater kids and i did not want any one to steel them....I promise.. They charged me with a felony.. I did not want anyone to steal the kids back packs, there was over a 1000 dollars of computer and school stuff from what i was told, i did not look in inside them. they where just laying on the ground by the bushes. The only reason i did not take them to the police station at first is because i was walking some homeless guy to the grocery store to buy him food and then i was gonna walk back to the police station to give them the back packs for safe keeping, i knew they were the skater kids backpacks and i did not want anyone to steal them...There was no one around when i found them and it was getting late in the day.. They charged me with a felony...BRIAN
