Intrigue Ink is seeking a Bad Ass Screenprinter to join our team!! We are looking to hire a talented screenprinter with an eye for detail to oversee Intrigue Ink's screenprinting process. As a lead screen printer, you will be responsible for creating screens, mixing the correct ink colors, producing the final printed articles, and cleaning the machine after each batch in addition to folding, tagging and shipping printed articles. To ensure success as a screenprinter, you should be able to stand for long hours, be comfortable with manual labor, and have excellent hand-eye coordination. Ultimately, a top-level screen printer can create beautifully designed articles that fully meet the customer's specifications and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Screen Printer Responsibilities: -Receiving work order jobs for Screenprinting. -Following protocol and procedure. -Examining work orders to determine estimated printing times, ink, and material quantities. -Selecting screen size, degreasing agents, and emulsion coatings. -Calibrating printer before a batch is printed. -Running prints and performing quality checks throughout the printing process. -Troubleshooting problems as they arise. -Drying, folding, packing, and shipping completed articles after each run. Screenprinter Requirements: -Previous work experience as a screenprinter. -Excellent hand-eye coordination. -Detail Oriented and organized. -Ability to stand for long periods. -Ability to work well with others. -Ability to laugh and have fun at work!
