We are looking for someone who has apartment maintenance experience.
We ask that you have the following
* Have own transportation
* Have your own tools
*Will show up to work on time
* Team Player
We ask that you have experience in
*Apartment Punch outs
*Basic Repair knowledge
*Plumbing Knowledge
*Electrical Knowledge
*Appliance repair
The job is Monday-Friday
8:00am-4:30pm
sometimes may run over
and one week a month of being on call
HVAC is preferred
