Hands on beginner's yoga class, can be done at the beach or in home environment! The going rate is $75 and up per hour. Full time student hoping to spread some knowledge of all the peace and self love the practice has brought me and light a candle or two! If you are looking for a personal easy going introduction to yoga asana and healing this is where your journey may begin.
