German Shepard - needs home

Rocky is a German Shepherd that needs a home. He is about 9 years old. His previous owner was giving him away and we took him in to foster because he was in bad shape. He gets along with other dogs and cats. He was previously an “outside” dog so he does like being outside but he also likes being indoors as well. He is neutered and we were told he is up-to-date on his vaccines although we don’t have any documentation.
