Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest privately owned Real Estate developers and Property Managers in the nation, currently seeks an EXPERIENCED on-site Maintenance Technician for a full-time position at our busy, beautiful community in Las Vegas, NV. Please note: THIS POSITION WOULD REQUIRE PREVIOUS APARTMENT / RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE. The right candidates would have skills in all aspects of general residential maintenance including: -Strong all-around residential maintenance skills in the apartment industry -Experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and appliance (dishwashers, washers, stoves, etc.) installation and repair -HVAC Certification is preferred! -Making ready units for new occupancy -Maintaining units of current residents -Maintaining the leasing office and all recreation facilities -A great customer service personality and work ethic NOTE: Compensation would be $13-$14/hour plus an on-site one-bedroom apartment. Position requires reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
