*Landscape/Construction / Foreman / Assistant Foreman Minimum of 6months Foreman/Assistant Foreman experience is Required. Hours: Mon. -- Fri (full time) Pay: Depending on Experience Established family-owned Landscape Design Company is seeking a high level, detailed oriented experienced Landscape Construction Foreman / Assistant Foreman. We specialize in residential soft and hardscape installations. The successful candidate must be able to work efficiently with crew and produce high quality work. Job responsibilities include cutting /installing pavers, installing irrigation and synthetic turf. This is a working Foreman/Assistant Foreman position. You will also need to be able to assist your team with training as well being an effective leader. If you meet the criteria please reply with a resume and examples of your work if possible. Essential Functions: • Lead and work with crew on job site. • Manage a crew efficiently by delegating work specific tasks • Communicate and coordinate with Manager to effectively complete installations • Paver Installation • Irrigation Installation • Able to Drive Company Truck and Trailer • Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times • Other duties as required Requirements: • 1+ years Landscaping Installation experience (to include installation of synthetic turf, pavers, retaining walls, flagstone and irrigation) • Clean driving record • Must speak English • Proficient operating equipment • Extensive knowledge and experience in installing a variety of hardscape applications • Knowledge of perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and multi-task • Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background (i.e. clients, contractors, vendors, other designers) • Punctual and dependable To apply: Please submit your application/resume online at www.taylormadelandscapes.com
