We are currently renovating 4 studio units, and are looking for a contractor that has experience with the scope of work below, and has done electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance before. Looking for someone to start as soon as possible. The project ranges from installing toilets, vanities, and light fixtures, to installing a ceiling fan TV's and putting bed frames together. There will also be a small amount of drywall patching and possible tile work.We are remodeling these units and will need help with the furnishing of them too. Please contact me at my number below. The scope of work is as follows: Unit 1 (2nd priority) New Paint throughout, including ceiling 2 big drywall repairs Sentimental beige in the main room Install 2 base cabinets and 2 wall shelves to make kitchenette Install microwave, refrigerator and small stove Install shelving unit over toilet Bathroom Install small shelf by pedestal sink Install towel hooks Check proper operation of shower and all hardware Run new plumbing lines for kitchenette directly behind the shower Install trim to cover missing mosaic tile Reglaze or replace the tub Replace toilet Install new overhead lighting (ideally exhaust fan) - need to figure out how to run it Install new shelving units in closet Replace ceiling fan Replace front door to match rest of building Install CO/Smoke detector Install TV mount Install coat rack by front door Install custom mountain shaped headboard Help install misc furniture as needed Install wall pictures, mirrors and other things as needed Check functionality of all outlets and power runs Unit 4 (1st Priority) Install cover plates throughout Replace front door to match rest of building (might need to build ourselves, or might have one in the shed) Install CO/Smoke detector Install TV mount Install coat rack by front door Help install misc furniture as needed Install bathroom vanity Install new mirror and vanity light Install small shelf next to vanity Install shelving unit over toilet Reglaze or replace the tub Install toilet Caulk gaps in bathroom ceiling and repaint if necessary with proper water and mold resistant paint Install new overhead light (exhaust fan if possible) Install coat hanger and shelving system in closet Install reclaimed wood wall on west side wall. Unit 7 (Final unit - needs the most work) Build trap door to cover crawl space access Install shelving unit in closet Fix all drywall issues and repaint unit (will need LOTS of coats) Install ceiling fan Install TV Mount Install coat rack by front door Help install misc furniture as needed Run power to kitchenette area Relocate plumbing as needed to install kitchenette over existing drainage line Test operation of water and sewer line…. Install cedar shiplap on one wall Install architectural ceiling rafters (refinished logs) Replace front door to match rest of building Bathroom Check proper operation of all plumbing and power Reglaze tub, or replace Install new overhead lighting (ideally exhaust fan) Install new vanity Install new mirror and vanity light Install toilet Install two shelving units
