Smoke Clean Restoration is looking for a Project Manager/ Estimator who is a motivated individual with experience in Water, Fire, Mold Mitigation as well as Estimating in Xactimate and XactAnalysis experience. Job duties include but are not limited to: • Inspecting property damages • Communicating with both the homeowner and Insurance Adjuster • Preparing Xactimate estimates for insurance companies • Managing the Mitigation Crew • On-call rotation • Quality control on jobs; monitoring and ensuring mitigation goes smoothly • Soliciting repairs as we have a repair division and we will ensure you are well informed. • Managing Warehouse Inventory with the Operations Coordinator • Beating TPA (program work) timelines on Contractor Connection • Coordinating sub contractors and additional necessary parties for job progress such as: plumbers, dumpsters, containers with assistance from the Operations Coordinator.
