We are looking for help with Day Porting, light maintenance, and exterior building clean ups. Job Responsibilities Include: • Inspect grounds, buildings, and other property features to minimize liability concerns • Pick up trash, leaves, items out of place to keep properties clean • Spray and pull weeds • Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance work - based on experience • Maintain proper maintenance and work order notes Skills Needed: • Strong communication skills • Self-Motivated - you will be working independently and from time to time as a team. • Pride in your work • Teachable Required: • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Smart Phone with data plan for communication Pay based upon experience Part and Full Time Hours are Available If interested, please respond with a resume and compensation requirements.
