We're interviewing for a Monday-Friday 9:00-3:00 position. Duration about 2-6 months depending on subcontractor schedules. Light demo and basic carpentry, (use basic power tools and read a tape measure). Prep apartment units for renovation by removing millwork and some sheetrock materials from unit and install minor framing. Other duties around the property may come up as needed. Some basic carpentry skills and tools are a plus. Applicants will be screened for major issues.
