Need a bike mechanic

Really easy gig for someone who knows how to fix bikes. I have an electric bike that just needs the brakes adjusted and tightened because right now the brake is pulling flush to the handle bar. I am located in interbay seattle and will pay 50$ cash for this. It literally might take you 10 mins! I don’t have any tools because I’m moving so that’s the biggest reason I need help. Please do not contact if you aren’t experienced with bikes. I need it done tonight! Thanks
