I have a rental property, where the bathroom was just demoed. Tenant coming in on Monday and am looking for someone who can start immediately and finish the job. All materials will be on site or brought to you. Here are some details. * Small bath with a Total of 5x6.5, including a 30 in wide tube * I as planning on refinishing the tub. If you can do it, great. If now, I have someone * 20 in Pedestal vanity * Install new toilet * Needs 3 studs replaced on tub wall by window and the window frame is rotten. * Doing 18x24 Tile on the floor and tub surround. * Plumbing needs new lines and shutoff. Lines to tub need to be extended for new shower head * New Toilet * Install New GFI. * New vanity light and light fixture * Medicine cabinet * Replacing cut drywall but you are going to got over it with bead board / Wainscoating Hope that give you a general idea.
