Housing Cooperative in need of a Grounds Inspector/Keeper Work week is 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday - Friday Full time Grounds Technician Responsibilities: •Weekly outside inspection of units/buildingsInspect the outside of duplexes, four-plexes and six-plexes. Documenting items on porches and yards that are against the rules or need repair. Documenting cement repairs, structural repairs, erosion problems, trees/bushes that need to be trimmed/removed, etc. •Tree trimming (light duty) •Mowing (light duty) •Debris/Trash collection in common ground parks and streets Maintenance Technician Requirements: • Experience using hand and electrical tools • Ability to follow direction and work independently • Very good communication and interpersonal skills •Trustworthy • Physical stamina and dexterity • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license Maintenance Technician Benefits: • Available after 60 days • Paid time off, paid holidays • 50/50 Health Insurance • Vision and dental Job Type: Full-time Starting pay: $17.00 an hour (Will pay more for experience) If you think you meet the qualifications and would like to interview, please let me know.
