We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to Join our Denver, CO Parts Team and help drive our customer service goals and objectives at our Denver shop. The ideal candidate will detail orientated, have a strong background in shipping, receiving, inventory management and warehouse activities, have a commitment to Safety and desire to provide first class customer service. To learn more about us, visit us at: www.power-equip.com Essential Job Functions: • Loads, unloads and moves materials within or near warehouse plant or worksite. • Examines goods shipped and verifies completeness of shipments against bill of lading, invoices, and other records. • Route incoming shipments/goods to respective departments. • Counts and compares quantity and identification numbers of units against order. • Reads work order or follows oral instructions • Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand or fork lift • Prepares products for shipment • Prepares identifying information/ shipping instructions on containers • Pulls stock orders Job Requirements: • High school diploma • Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but training will be provided • Proficient utilizing computers including Microsoft products • The ability to sit, stoop, kneel, push, climb, move and reach overhead • Ability to occasionally lift up to 60 pounds and work inside and outdoors in various climate and temperatures • Exposure to work near moving mechanical parts, hazardous materials, fumes, airborne particles and moderate noise levels.
