Need To Do Complete Renovation on House but in parts. This property needs a lot of work. I want to divide this renovation up into manageable parts, e.g., roof, windows, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, painting, outside walls, etc. It would be nice if one person could it do it all, but that’s not totally necessary. Except for the roof, I will pay for the major materials, but not for things like nails and minor supplies. This project could keep one contractor busy for a period of time. I will pay you as each part gets, finished and inspected. There will be no delays in payment to you. Once you are paid for one part of the project you can immediately go on to the next. I believe that some permits will be required. The property is located near I-70 and Colorado Blvd. 80205 I am not in a big hurry. If you want an answer to your inquiry, you MUST do the following: 1.
