Participants are randomly assigned to receive the vaccine immediately or follow the standard of care. The Standard of Care group can choose to get a vaccine outside the study and stay enrolled. Participants who DO NOT want to get vaccinated are also welcome to enroll! Qualified Participants Must: -Be between 18-29 years old -Have not received any COVID vaccine
