Job description Load ice chests, get ice and set up tent on Friday when gates open. Setup tailgate on Gameday. Tables/table coverings, rugs, fans, chandelier, tv, sound, bar, etc. Bartend throughout the day. Take down at end of tailgate/load trailer. Pick up trailer Sunday morning by 9am. (Or late Saturday night) Clean out trailer, clean dishes/pots/etc, and get trailer ready for next tailgate. We’ve been giving the workers the tip jar. Low side is $300 (small tailgate)… high side is around $1,200 (big games). This is the total, not each. Employees can decide how to split the money. If the tip jar does not produce enough money, we will work with the employees to ensure a fair payment is given.
