Seeking skilled and unskilled laborers for apartment maintenance in/near downtown Indianapolis, Sheridan, Lebanon, and Noblesville! You'll be responsible for light work orders (plumbing, painting, drywall repair, appliance replacement), grounds work (weeding, trash pickup, snow removal, etc) and the unit turn process. Monday - Friday, dayshift. 40 hours / week minimum. On-call required. Valid driver's license, driving insurance, and reliable transportation required.
