Building Maintenance person needed to help keep the property looking and functioning as intended. Work at a well maintained 42 unit timeshare condo in Daytona Shores on the beach. Duties include pool and building maintenance. Touch up painting in units, a/c swap outs as needed, some appliance repairs, electrical switches and minor maintenance as needed. No trash dumpsters to deal with as the waste company moves all of them to the street. No lawn to mow. This is a great job on the beach. Work with other staff on front desk, maintenance and housekeeping. if you are mechanically inclined and get along with people this is for you. Pay is negotiable based on experience.
