Rent Portland Homes - Darla Andrew's Office is hiring a quality assurance technician! This is a full-time position that will need a detail-orientated, people person. Mileage is reimbursed for all company travel at.55 cents per mile. The position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Start date will be Sept 21, 2021. We are looking for someone who ideally has experience in some of the following: - Construction, inspections, house repairs / upkeep - Maintenance, painting, landscaping, etc - Real estate, property management - Appfolio, Yardi, NWFamily, etc is a nice bonus, but not required Duties will include the following: - Auditing our portfolio of 600+ homes for inspections - Tracking, updating, and recording inspections in Appfolio - Logging and creating reports for inspections (ideally about 8 per week scheduled) - Coordinating repairs between owners, vendors, and tenants - Discussing needed and optional repairs with owners per tenant/landlord law - Move in / move out inspections as needed, beginning 2022 most likely Required: - Proficiency with either Android or Iphone technology - Clean driving record & reliable vehicle - Clean background check - Valid driver's license - Punctuality - Ability to follow through on tasks We're looking forward to hearing from you!
