Dick Hannah Dealerships is looking for a Floor and Carpet Technician $16-18 per hour DOE/FULL TIME: Friday through Tuesday. Night shift only: Start 9:00pm Commercial carpet cleaning experience preferred. Knowledgeable, hardworking, cooperative and safety oriented Carpet and Floor Care person needed. Work for an in-house company. NO selling or upselling or contracts. These will be your carpets and floors. Take care of them and be proud of your work. Floor care approximately 15% of the time - Strip/scrub and finish, auto-scrubbing Carpet cleaning approximately 80%+ of the time - portable equipment only extraction, Cimex and bonnet cleaning etc, there will be no truck mount. Window cleaning (ground level) 5% of the time - will train Basic maintenance and repair of equipment a plus Must be comfortable towing a company provided cargo trailer including backing up with a company provided vehicle. Cargo trailer has fold down ramp for easy loading and unloading. Cover or fill-in for janitorial positions when needed - Limited Please follow link to apply:
