Part-time Apartment Maintenance Technician needed to oversee Terrace Court Apartments. This position is required to live on site and includes a one-bedroom apartment. Scheduled for 20 hours per week with a potential to become full-time. Wages starting at $18.00-19.00 DOE. Qualifications: - Apartment maintenance - Turnover work - Repairs including electrical and plumbing - Turnover painting and common area painting - Must work with residents in a professional manner - Strong communication skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Able to work with little supervision - Have valid Oregon driver's license, vehicle and insurance - Have a basic set of hand and electric tools Job Description: - Review punch list and complete items in a timely manner or as instructed - Participate in meetings and training sessions as required - Complete all resident maintenance/repair requests in a timely and professional manner - Utilize a P.O. system for purchases - Accompany all necessary building inspections and walk throughs for owners, management staff, brokers, appraisers and other interested parties. - Be available during established on-call schedule. - Maintain and monitor interior and exterior common area cleanliness including but not limited to: snow and ice removal, landscaping, litter patrol, laundry rooms, parking lots, garbage areas, etc. Income Property Management has been a leader in the property management field in Oregon and Washington for 45 years.
