Precision Colored Glassworks is seeking a full time afternoon furnace loader. After a few weeks of AM training Mon, the hours are 12:30-9pm, Sunday-Thursday This position is responsible for loading batch into hot kilns periodically through out the evening. The job is very physical, with lots of bending, stooping, and lifting, while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and cleanliness. It is an industrial environment that requires protective gear and safely working around hot furnaces, chemicals, and machinery. We are looking for a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a strong ability to listen and learn. Come join our small friendly team of unique individuals. Essential requirements: -Tolerance for high temperatures -Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs -Able to stand for long periods -Able to bend and lift regularly -Able to wear a respirator -Punctuality -Self motivation PTO Full benefits Must be fluent in English.
