Dog escaped this morning, 8/11 at ~8:45am near Coe Circle (Joan of Arc statue) at Glisan and Cesar Chavez. Please DO NOT CHASE. He is already an anxious dog and prone to flight. Please contact me with any sightings. Possibly went toward Frazer Park or Laurelhurst Park. Call or text .
