I am the owner of a small landscaping company looking for a full time employee to help me grow my business. I have been in business for 6 years. Licensed and insured with workers comp incase of injury. Pay base is W-2. Job description is as follows: Weed whipping Edging Mowing with a zero turn Debris blowing with a backpack blower Small landscaping jobs, Mulch Hedge trimming Small brick paver patios/walkways Sod and more. Spring and fall leaf clean ups invlove blowing leaves, raking, picking up sticks etc. Pay. No experience $12 hourly Weed wracking experience $13 hourly Zero turn experience $15 hourly. During spring and fall clean ups pay is $17 hourly. If you are serious, upon proof of reliability and quality in your work there will be raises!
