RdF Corporation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Worker who will be responsible for performing a range of maintenance tasks: Responsibilities: -Maintaining grounds including trimming, edging, mowing, tree removal, shoveling, plowing, clearing walkways. -Machinery and equipment preventive maintenance and repair -Building maintenance including general carpentry- wall construction, painting, flooring -Property maintenance of residential units -Responsible for other miscellaneous projects as required by management. -Hands-on experience is required with HVAC, electrical and plumbing knowledge preferred. Duties to be performed at multiple locations in southern New Hampshire and greater Boston area. Position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with benefits after 90 days. This position involves physical labor. Applicants must be able to pass a drug test and physical. Successful candidates are flexible, energetic team-players with a can-do attitude.
